In indonesia any book store doesn't have in stock of this book, i have to pre-order it about 14days work through BOOK AND BEYOND (Book store) , actually it is can order by Amazone.com but i don't know how to pay it. It was $150 USD at Amazone. But at BOOK AND BEYOND Rp 300.000,- (worthy). 

It is so cheap, because the book is FULL COLOR.
