Brownies Steamed by Chef Carlyk

Good morning ,

I wrote this now at 9:27 am , hahahah..

To be honest im not a morning person. 

But today special i wake up early morning and make BROWNIES STEAMED.

My place don't have oven so i have to be smart to explore my hidden talent. LOL. I search for all receipe and video at youtube that no need oven to make a cake.

Early i have done make : 

• Mille Cake aka Crepes Cake 

• Nuttela Mousse with Oreo

And today is the day for Brownies Steamed !! Yay , im so excited , this activity make my eye still open (my bad habit is sleeping over load , LOL , ok not kinda like that creepy) 

The ingredient is so simply: 

Flour , Sugar , Egg , Baking Powder , instant coffee powder , Dark chocolate , Fresh Milk, butter !!And i steamed it at Rice cooker (this is the case when you don't have steamer) 

First , i put a half cup the dough , and also i add Strawberry Jam in the middle , and cover it again with the dough. 

Steam it about 25minutes and .... Walla its Super Duper Delicious , taste to the perfection 👍 !!

I share this with my friends and also the security and girls that selling juice around the building and also the man that selling expresso (you might dizzy to read, hahhaha) 

Yeahh, they said "delicious" 

And when you near my place , please come over and i will make you FRESH Brownies Steamed with strawberry Jam !! Hot from the steamer. 

I cut my finger incidently , its ok, no pain no gain no delicious brownies no happy tummy !! If you never been cut before, then you not yet being a cook !! YAY INDEED.. 

(Psstt , i love to collect bandages , all the different colors , shape , and picture . Mom always say why you love to put bandages even for small wound ?? Since you a kid .. I answer Well mom , this is me !! Your cool kid !! LOL) 

I don't know this lately i just love to make a cake , first because i love to watch Cooking and Baking Show on tv , and i search other video on youtube , ones my favorite is "How To Cook That by Ann Reardon" :: She is SO TALENTED !! To look at her channel at youtube make you feels "ok i can bake too." I learn so much from her !! Also i love her accent , Australian Accent and British Accent is my dream accent , i wish im a british , hohoho !! (Well i might be have a british heritage ,, hohooh) 

I such a weirdo (in my head there is always something new i want to try, Cook/Bake/Safe Animals/Song Writer/Preach/Judge/etc) i told to my mom, mom i want to study Pastry at London , mom very support about that, but my dada say NOOOOO. BIG NO NO NO !!! well he always be like that, over protected . Hahahah.. 

But it won't take long time i think , might be only 1-2 years, no big problem right?? Hahahah..

But i think i have to save a lot of money for that.. Or Ann Reardon want to open class soon at Australia , im will going right away !! Hahhahhaha !!

Ok back to the Brownies Steam with Strawberry Jam , i just make 1/2 from the recipe (9 aluminums cups) !!

Nuttela Mousse with Oreo by CHEF CARLYK

Yay !!

I won't stop baking , after i make Mille Cake aka Crepes Cake , today i decided to make •Nuttela Mousse with Oreo• , i wanna let you know this so easy to make. No need Microwave or Oven !! You just need Refrigerator !! And so simple ingredient !! 

• Whip cream

• Nuttela 

• Oreo 

• Butter 

• Icing Sugar 

Easy freeze !! LOL !!

This taste so good, i do have a testimony from my friends that taste my Mousse , they love it so much !! 

Go and make your own mousse, it's so easy !!

My first chocolate Mousse that i eat is when i at Jerusalem Israel last year at December , dinner time and when dessert come out i so happy !! I think in my mind , ohh good they give me a glass of chocolate !! Im gonna have a sweet dream tonight !! LOL , at that moment i don't even know that is Chocolate Mousse , till i back to my normal life and look at Masterchef US and they mention this delicious chocolate Mousse , then i just realize i taste this before, Thanks God i still have the Picture !! 

Hahahaha..

I kinda miss Chocolate Mousse, so i make it my own !! Oh im so happy right now..

Bakerzin For LUNAR (Late Lunch Early Dinner)

This my 3rd time to eat at Bakerzin •••

Friday afternoon i heading to Bakerzin to take my late lunch and early dinner 😝 !!

I sit near window so i can have the light to take the picture.

The chair so comfort and all the decoration is eye catching !! I love that.

Look all the menu, i know i have to eat rice today !! So i choose ::

• House Special Fried Rice - 65K

• Arrabbiatta Spaghetti - FREE

• Iced Honey Lemon - 35K

• Green Tea Tiramisu - 55K

So they have this promo :: each one that you order from this four menu you can get one free from the same menu of this four (WHAT A ADVANTAGE ??) , just like me i order the "House Special Fried Rice" and i free for pick one from this four menu. I chose Spaghetti of course !! Literally i only pay 65K for 2 meals , how cool is that??

I love the dessert so bad !! The white chocolate is Taste to the perfection !!! Lalalalal, bitter sweet the combination of white chocolate and the green tea sauce is MELT IN YOUR MOUNT.

Oct 8 , premier at Indonesia and i go to watch !!

I never been this crazy but before the door open i waiting in the line. And when it OPEN i run !!!! 

guess what ?? Im the first at the line at ticket window !! Here some serious photos 😝😝😝😝 LOL !! 

The door open at 11:20 and ticket window serve at 11:30 !! Waiting only 10 minute , people pour out of the line 😝😝😁😁 !  Hahahahaha ....

Even im the first people get , i have to sit at F10 !! WHATTTT .. Yeah , because the mtix all ABCDE is FULL !! Seriously ?? 

As long as i can watch this movie its  oke wherever i sit !! LOL..

Such a great movie !! All the fight and the motion is great to the perfection !! You guys have to watch this one !! I MEAN IT !!

Dior lipstick - Addict Extreme #536

Here im gonna share a bit my story ..

So last year at December 2013 , i go vacation to Milan - Italy ! Such an amazing experiment ! I love the building and people and of course their fashion 👍 , and i went to buy Dior cosmetic and Dior Parfume at some building near this • Milan Cathedral • and because it is Christmas event , the Dior Store give a gift for each items , and im so lucky can get one Nails Polish Vernish Grey by Dior and Lipstick #536 by dior .

Since that day i falling in love with dior , i love the smell of • Miss Dior blooming Bouquet • i mean who doesn't like that?? No one !! You should try if you never try it before.

And the color of the lipstick is so soft but yet so candy !! Love it so much !!

And because i get the sample size for this gorgeous lipstick , so this 10 month using that i kinda need refil or should i say new one 💋✌️ !! LOL ..

Unfortunately in Indonesia , Dior don't sell their parfume or cosmetic (they do have bags store but not for cosmetic and parfume) so you should buy it online or buy at neighbors country.

Im so lucky , my good friend' sister who live at Singapore will go to indonesia , so i ask a favor to buy this • Dior Lipstick Extreme #536 • and it's cost $46 SGD 

Im so happy today !!

Thanks dear sister , you save my lips LOL !! Im kidding (none such that words even appears)

Can you imagine the weather ?? H.O.T here in Jakarta - Indonesia ..

Trafic everywhere of course , me and my good friend Yustina Herry heading to • Bakmi Aloy • at Green Ville Jakarta Barat

New Job (as Food blogger)

Wow i don't even remember when the last time i posting.. 😝 LOL ...

Writing is always my passion , especially when you being blogger means writing is you daily activity.

Ok, i've been call my self "Food Blogger" this early year 😝 , and i just make account at Instagram @CulinaryByCarlyk (if you have IG please follow me there) , i share a lot of food picture right there, my daily meals and snack.

I mean who doesn't like food??? (No one) 😝💋 , i love sharing with you all about all information that i can get , prices or ingredients or taste and everything , the purpose is that you can try them too (if you near by or just want to go). 

All my picture basically no filter at all, why need filter when the food was perfect ?? 🙋 agree to my self 😝 , just a natural sun light make it powww 👊 .

So today im so boring and i think i should out and find some food that i can share with all of you. Some that rare and not so many post before. I chose go to • Nanny's Pavillon • at Central Park - Jakarta Barat , about at 11AM , straight head to the place , i chose one beside • Bakerzin • So lovely place in the out door , with pink chair and you surround with gorgeous "fake" leaf , good weather today at jakarta and now i can enjoying my meal 😝 

NB : i always chose to sit at out door or someplace that have clear sun light , so i can take a good picture (pssstt that's my secret , but i don't mind to share 😝👍) - there is always have an issues when you eat out door , one of them is "FLY" ewwww, but don't worry at • Nanny's Pavillon • you can ask the waiter to light up the candle , it would make fly (i mean the animal - LOL) go away- 

News : i just ask the waiter , what is the different between this • Nanny's Pavilon • and right there (i mean one beside • Bakerzin • and one beside • Starbuck • (Because they have 2 separate place at CP aka Central Park)  

And he answer " so , Nanny's Pavilon ' places have a different concept about decoration, here is more kinda like the Kitchen and right there is more like Terrace concept and one at bandung also different concept, so if we combine them all its just like one Home (there is Terrace , Garden , Kitchen , etc)

WOW , NOW WE KNOW , THANKS FOR EXPLAIN ❤️🌹✌️ 

And im asking "but how about the menu? Same or different each place?"

He answer "all same, don't worry."
